What is SHAFAA?

ShafaaTM means healing. SHAFAA is a decentralized premium brand magic mushroom, aka shrooms product, developed by a team of scientists and impact entrepreneurs that pride themselves on offering exceptional products and customer care while guiding you on the path to higher consciousness and self-realization.

We believe natural psychoactive compounds exist for our mental healing and evolution. How do I pay for my order?

At this time, we only accept ZELLE, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY AND CRYPTO CURRENCIES. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept credit cards at the moment.

 When you complete your order in our shop and check out, you will be given an Order Number, once we receive the order, we will send to you the order confirmation via TEXT/SMS and email for you to confirm your order is correct and we proceed with the payments and later send you the tracking code for your parcel for shipment confirmation.

Are SHAFAA products lab-tested?

Almost every dispensary or website will claim that their products are lab-tested without providing any proof or documentation to support these claims. Our in-house scientist goes the extra mile to have SHAFAA’s extract products such as tinctures and some edibles made with psilocybin extract tested and verified by independent labs for shelf-life, dosage, and safety. We excel in the analytical chemistry of plant medicines and fungi.

How do you package my shipment?

We understand that privacy is of utmost importance to our clients. We use generic prepaid envelopes or a plain white box to package your items. We ship all our products in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packages for protection and to seal in the freshness. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked or USPS package. Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope/box that would indicate the contents inside.

You’ll be provided a tracking number so you can track your order.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over $200. Orders below $200 are charged a $20 flat rate for shipping. All orders are processed as expressed shipments and come with a tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, your expected delivery date is usually within 2-3 business days maximum.

What is your return policy?

While we cannot offer returns on consumable products amid the COVID-19 pandemic, your satisfaction is guaranteed with us. If you have any concerns with your products or simply want to provide us with feedback, please feel free to contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.
